Transparent sensors serve as ideal tools to explore fundamental force and touch capabilities, offering a compact design that makes them most effective for testing and implementing basic button and force measurement functionalities. The design of the transparent sensors allows for test interactions with see through materials, adding a new way for feedback for it’s users (lights, pictograms, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Placed under any material (wood, plastic, leather, etc.) and implementable on any 3D shape, Force&Touch transforms any object into a force-sensitive interface for tactile or deformation applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sensors combine force sensing device and a capacitive touch device within\u00a0 the same thin, flexible layer. By combining the two, Force&Touch can, for example, reject unintentional tactile input. It can also be used to adjust the force required to activate an application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
