Nanomade CapaForce© Matrix sensor is a unique device combining in a single, thin, flexible layer, both capacitive and force-sensing technologies. This configuration allows multipoint touch and force sensing and can be adapted to larger surfaces with a higher number of sensors.

The sensor has just to be glued under the material, following the instructions described in the user manual, to turn itself into a force-sensitive touch interface.
Placed under any material (wood, plastic, leather: see User’s Manual for detailed implementation guidelines), Nanomade’s CapaForce© Matrix sensor turns the latter into a multi-point force-sensitive touch interface.
It allows both gesture recognition (ie: swipe motion) and multipoint force sensing. This design can be upgraded to a very large surface with higher resolution.
