An industrial solution

The Nanomade sensor is one of the most sensitive on the market, and meets the requirements for use in the aerospace and automotive industries.

The sensor has been tested with over 10 million strokes and has been tested for both the operating temperature range (-40ºC, +120ºC) and temperature/humidity storage required by customer approvals.

In terms of production capacity, the Nanomade solution has 3 manufacturing capabilities.

  1. Internal line for customer prototyping and low volume production (<20K/year)
  2. Internal in line production machine (<1M/year), available in 2025
  3. Partnership with industrial manufacturing leader for mass production (automotive and aerospace certified; >1M/year)

1 material + 1 sensor = 3 applications

Nanomade develops and manufactures highly sensitive, ultra-thin, flexible and customisable deformation sensors. Our revolutionary sensors are applied in three key areas, offering unprecedented potential in all industrial sectors, including the performance demanding automotive and aerospace industries.
