The Nanomade sensor is one of the most sensitive on the market and is in the process of being approved for use in the aerospace and automotive industries.
The sensor has been subjected to 10 million impacts at 500 grams and has passed the climatic tests required by the customer's approval (-40 degrees, +80 degrees), humidity, etc.
In terms of production capacity, the Nanomade solution is currently at TRL7 maturity, and the company is in the process of setting up its production resources and processes for small volumes (300,000 sensors per year).

Our patented detection technology is based on the printing of a sensitive ink
to the deformation of its support between conductive tracks of a flexible substrate (e.g. PET/ITO, PI/Cu, etc.).
When a deformation is applied to the sensor (touch, force, pressure, etc.), the conductivity of the ink changes locally
proportional to the level of stress, which makes it possible to determine the location and intensity of the applied force.
