Generalization of tactile commands offers neat and esthetics spaces. However, capacitive surfaces can lead to accidental activation and also be less intuitive to drivers as they cannot provide gradual haptic feedback, which creates distraction and danger.
Mecanical buttons, are naturally detected by drivers, but are limited in terms of design possibilities and lacking resistance over time.
