Nanomade’s Single Sensor Force&Touch Mini Dev Kits enable customers to freely test our single sensors in their own facilities and environments. The kits contain two independent sensors to ensure that customers can test freely.

Individual sensors serve as ideal tools to explore fundamental touch and force capabilities, offering a compact design that makes them most effective for testing and implementing basic button and force measurement functionalities.

Placed under any material (wood, plastic, leather, etc.) and implementable on any 3D shape, Force&Touchtransforms any object into a force-sensitive interface for tactile or deformation applications.

Crafted on a singular FPC layer composed of copper and PI, Nanomade sensors boast a slim profile with a total thickness of 200μm (0.2mm), ensuring minimal space consumption.

The sensors combine a force sensing device and a capacitive touch device within  the same  thin, flexible layer. By combining the two, Force&Touch can, for example, reject unintentional tactile input. It can also be used to adjust the force required to activate an application.

What the kit contains:

The sensors within this pack can be used on their own for evaluation purposes or to be glued under a surface to be functionalised.
